Why does the drop down menu only
work on the homepage and not on other pages?
The function of the drop down menu on the homepage is for the convenience of
getting to other subsections quicker. Each tab in the top navigation will open
the main page for that section. In the far left hand column there is list of
subsections found in that particular section. This should help in navigating
to subsections within the Website. You can always use the Website map to get
an overview of the Website's content
